The Short Version
Simple Solutions is a computer repair and IT support business based in Dixon, Illinois. We've been operating since 2022, serving homes and businesses across the Sauk Valley region.
We fix computers, set up networks, build websites, and pick up old electronics for recycling. We're available around the clock because computer problems don't stick to business hours.
How We Work
- We tell you the price first Before we touch anything, you know what it'll cost. If we find something unexpected, we call you before doing extra work.
- We don't drag things out Most jobs are completed same day. We don't sit on your computer for weeks.
- We actually answer the phone Call at 2am, we'll pick up. Text on Sunday, we'll respond. This isn't a voicemail service.
- We come to you if needed Can't bring your computer in? We do house calls. Free in Dixon, $1/mile outside.
- We recycle for free Got old computers, monitors, printers sitting around? We'll pick them up and recycle them at no charge.
